I woke up with pressure in the upper jaw where I had a neglected fractured root canal. As the day wore on the pressure turned to pain and I call the crew at Moss to see if they were accepting new patients. Fortunately, they were and after outlining my symptoms, the kind lady put me on hold. Within minutes she was back, asking me if I could come right now? I dropped everything and within 15 minutes, Dr Moss had me x-rayed and scheduled for an extraction in 4 days- after the antibiotics he prescribed had a chance to put out the fire! Never have I been so warmly and compassionately treated as a new patient. What a wonderful practice….Thank you , each and everyone, for helping me make it through the weekend.
